How It Works
You begin by selecting a series of twelve postcards--one card for each month of the year--in the mailing quantity that you desire. Next, we personalize your cards by printing your name and phone number on the front and back sides.  We also print your photo, return address, and any logos or other information you want on the cards.  Within three weeks, all twelve cards (in the mailing quantity that you selected) arrive to you via FedEx ground, fully personalized and ready to send.  Last, you address and mail your cards to past and potential clients or hire a local mailing service to handle that for you.

Twelve Month Campaigns
Lentz Design offers each series of postcards as a twelve month campaign. Our rationale is simple:  NAR research has shown that sending fewer than eight mailings per year yields minimal results. Additionally, we have found that increasing the frequency of mailings per year from eight to twelve generally doubles the success of the overall campaign.

Individual Postcards
Although we strongly recommend twelve month campaigns, agents that wish to send fewer than twelve mailings can still use Lentz Design. Since all twelve postcards arrive in one shipment, you are able to combine any number of "monthly" cards to create a custom size mailing. For example, if you order the 100 quantity of any series, you will receive one shipment of 1,200 total cards, which are enough to send 100 cards per month for twelve months. However, if you prefer to send six mailings to 200 people (rather than 12 mailings to 100 people, as designed) you can do so by simply combining two of your "monthly" cards into one mailing. By combining 100 May cards and 100 June cards, for example, you have 200 total cards for a custom-sized mailing that you can send at any time. Of course, you can combine any number of "monthly" cards to obtain the custom quantity that you desire.
