Notes About the Bulk Import

• Please follow the format of the template file (link below).
• Customer roles may only be in a pipe delimited list (e.g. Registered|Administrators|etc).
• This is currently ONLY for basic customer details, roles and a single address and NOT profile fields.
• For State: Please use the abbreviation only.
• For Country: Please use the entire country name.
• If the upload succeeds, a success message will appear.
• If the upload succeeds but role mapping fails, a related message will be displayed.
• If some uploads work and other fail, a message will be displayed stating which customer imports failed
